The year 2024 was both busy and fascinating. We worked on numerous intriguing custom projects, launched our online store, and participated in local craft and art fairs. Among my favorite projects was creating custom shelves for a music enthusiast with numerous amps. This presented a couple challenges since the amps were quite heavy, requiring extremely sturdy shelves. Additionally, the amps varied in size, so each shelf had to be unique. It was very satisfying to design these shelves to complement their existing decor and meet their exact needs.
One of the gratifying projects involved creating a built-in twin loft bed above a twin platform bed, providing the family with the necessary bed accommodations, storage, and style. Initially, the family was uncertain about their exact needs. With the room's limited space and some brainstorming, we devised this solution.
Hickory is my preferred wood for projects because of its stunning color variations. I crafted this large hickory table along with matching benches.
With numerous enjoyable projects and builds over the past year and moving into 2025, I am eager to see what 2025 holds as we aim to enhance and expand upon our achievements from 2024.
